3 Download Annexure-II application form for fresh applicants.
4 Existing panel Advocates should use Annexure-III.
5 Read all eligibility conditions carefully.
6 Fill the application form in BLOCK LETTERS.
7 Enter personal and professional details correctly.
8 Provide Law Degree and Bar Council registration details.
9 Mention professional/court practice experience.
10 Provide details of existing empanelment with other organizations, if applicable.
11 Mention ESIC-related cases handled earlier, if any.
12 Attach all required self-attested documents.

आवेदन 28 अगस्त 2026 शाम 5:00 बजे तक ESIC कार्यालय में पहुंच जाना चाहिए।

3. Advocate Empanelment के लिए न्यूनतम योग्यता क्या है?
